NOTE : All three verification fields are required.
WHAT ARE THEY ? Client Verification Questions are three secret questions and answers that you are asked to provide at the time of completing your account application form. Your verification questions should be information that only you know, or have access to, and that you wont forget. For example, they can include names of distant or related family (e.g. grandmothers maiden-name etc.), dates of birth, passport numbers or simular. Where possible, avoid using verification information that could be common knowledge to others. It is absolutely important that you can always recall the answers to the verification questions in the future.
VERIFICATION INFORMATION PROTECTION : Never discuss, share or reveal your client verification questions with others. Never write this information down where others can find, or in a way that other can decipher what it is.
WHEN TO USE IT : Your client verification information is required for client verification whenever giving account management instructions, such as changing passwords or username etc. Your client verification information is required whenever giving account instructions over the telephone. Your Client verification information is a required field when submitting instructions for selling or transferring bullion OUT of your account.
FORMAL VERIFICATION : While initially only optional, some applicants may wish to provide more formal forms of client verification such as passports, birth or marriage certificates, license numbers, credit/debit cards and/or articles or certificates of incorporation.
